Tuesday Taggers ~ Love is all around

And do you know what? ~ It really is!  I'm still reeling from sharing my weekend with a wonderful group of ladies who participated in an Art Journaling workshop weekend with Dyan Reavely over at Heart From The Heart in Harrogate, and what a weekend. For the uninitiated Art Journaling is a way of exploring feelings, fears, in fact emotions of all sorts, through colour, imagery and art. Have a look at Dyan's Blog and you'll see what I mean.

We explored some very sensitive subjects and responded to our feelings about them by creating artworks.I have never experienced the type of love and support that was with us throughout the weekend so I guess Love really is all around.

Ok Soppy stuff over!  Now down to business.

So Tuesday Taggers want us to create a piece of artwork ( in any form, cards tags, canvas, altered art, whichever takes your fancy)

and here's the one I made earlier

The image is a download from Pink Petticoat and the Papers are Stampin Up. Coloured with Prisma Colours and trimmed with a bit of lace from stash, I think it's a sweet little card, if not my usual sort of thing!
There's a prize for the winner of the challenge this week from The Craft Emporium, so make sure you pop over and post your entry

I just want to say a big thankyou for all the lovely comments about my work, I think that crafters are amongst the nicest people in this world and I sooooo love being part of the crafting community.
So Here's sending Buckets full of love and wishes of happiness your way

See you Soon
x Michelle

I have just fell in love with the fish, they are sooooo sweet. These papers are just the best, I have just used them on two projects myself, the glitz works so well too.
sounds if you have a whale of a time on your retreat, one day , one day!
