Clean and Vacuum???

Nooooooo!    Clean and Simple!!!

What a choice, guess which won?

Yep the clean and simple.

I'm so thrilled to be back at the wheel with my crafting. I'm awake nights planning my next make and enjoying choosing a few new stamps. One of my resent purchases is this gorgeous stamp, chequered flowers, from Chocolate Baroque. Isn't it beautiful.

All I've done is stamp it slightly off the page, using a stamp positioned, then coloured it with Sakura glitter pens. I just love a little sparkly!

Can't stop, been awake all night thinking up another project!
See ya soon

And now for an oldy but goody.

I was routing through my paper scrap boxes today and found some bits of card that I’ve stroked many times when they were still a full sheet. Also came across the perfect stamp for it which I must have bought more than 6 years ago and never inked up!
It’s the cowardly lion from The Octopode Factory

Isn’t it just the greatest? I got bored with doing ordinary cards so thought I’d work out how these impossible cards work. Really pleased with the way it’s turned out. My 14 year old daughter, Zoe has been struggling with feeling pretty naff about herself lately (who’d be that age again? Def not me!) so I thought I’d make it to cheer her up.
Hope it did the trick
I loved playing with my promarkers again, unfortunately I spent the early hours sorting them all into the order they are on the colour chart, took hours but don’t they look good?
I sort of er, made a list........ of the ones I need to make a full set. No I really didn’t mean that, did I
Hope you’re feelin on top form
I’ve no doubt I’ll be back soon

I’m up and at em again!

A huge grin is pasted right across my chops! No I’m not going to show you a photo of my ugly mug, instead I’ll show you this

This is my mojo returned after a period of extreme introspection. Now I’m finding pleasure in the little things again! I’d forgotten how much pleasure playing with a new stamp could be.

I saw this stamp on one of the Facebook posts from Chocolate Baroque And loved the card made by one of the design team. That’s the second set of new stamps I’ve bought in as many weeks. Oh dear! I’d forgotten how addictive this crafting lark is!

The other stamps I’ve bought are the fabulous new set from Hobby Art

Can’t wait to show you what I’ve been doing with this set. Being a keen birder,  I’ve had a ball inking these beauties, but that’s for another day.

I think I’m getting the hang of this blogging business again but at the mo can only load the photos on my phone. I’ve spent all day trying to sort it on my laptop and iPad but no luck! If anyone ha any advice for a very frustrated blogger please feel free to comment.

Wishing you special moments in time
