Friends and Babies

Got a couple of birthdays coming up and a new baby to go and see, so made a quick couple of cards for the occasion. (Who am I kidding, I never do anything quickly, takes me hours to produce anything!)
This card was made with Kanban papers, grunged with Tim Holtz frayed burlap ink. The bike is a download from Sketching Stamper, coloured with promarkers and the stamp is Inkadinkadoo, Affair of the heart. I've resisted buying this stamp for months, thought I would enjoy using it on some grungy stuff and finally succumbed in the sale.

The new baby card was produced very quickly, (It's getting late) using a Pink Petticoat digi stamp, this kind of cute I can do! It is coloured with promarkers and sakura glitter pen and mounted on Kanban card.

I made the heart dangly from beads and bits from my jewellery stash. I'd forgotten how much I like beading, almost as pleasing as card making!!

Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine and the new spring flowers bursting out all over.

Tara for now

Love the colours on the first card, the baby card is very cute :o)
Simply, tubed means that everything has been removed other than the main subject and you can then put it into any other photograph/artwork :o)
