A really quick post tonight cos I'm a bit bushed and got to prepare for the first of a monthly Stamping Club which Janet and myself are startind at The Stampman. It's running 10.30 - 3.00pm so if you fancy joining us, thats where we'll be.
I just want to show you what Al and myself have been doing today. We decided to grab ourselves a few hours and go out with the cameras and do a bit of geocaching and these were what we spent a happy couple of hours watching and photographing
What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, face down on the grass watching these little things. That's what makes life real!

Oh, how I wish I lived closer to Skipton. I'd be at the Stamping Club like a shot. Might have to see if I can combine it with a visit to my daughter's in Harrogate one day.

Gorgeous photos, wish I lived near Skipton, the Stamp club sounds super.
you are almost as bad as Andy with taking piccies of ducks. See you soon and a shame I can't be there for the stamping club.

Great photos - I always love mallards - so many memories, like them coming over into the garden from the Saw Mill Dam and driving Mum crazy by pooing on our path all the time - then on the other hand when George was in ICU at the Royal Preston they would congregate under my borrowed window in the Nurses' Home and make that strange squelchy noise as they patted the waterlogged grass with their beaks to feed - hard to believe that's twenty years ago now - how time flies
What gorgeous ducks, Michelle. I love watching all the ducklings following Mum on the river, there's always one at the back that gets into mischief.
Hope your Stampman day went well.
Hugs
