Tuesday Taggers - Anything Goes

Hi all

Gonna be short and sweet this week cos I'm struggling a bit.  You know I told you about Liams wedding a while ago, what I didn't tell was that my husband Alan had a heart attack 6 days before the wedding and since the wedding my eldest son has been very ill and Alan had another two heart attacks last thursday.  I hate coming on here moaning but could do with a little of that TLC that you crafting bloggers are so wonderful at giving. So if you've time send me a few positive vibes this week x

On with the business in hand

The challenge for this week at TT is Anything Goes and as I have had such a tough time recently I indulged myself this week and only made things for me, no design work or challenges, just me doing what I wanted to do with the new stamps I bought at the show. Didnt buy much but did treat myself to some lavinia stamps and then just used them the way their designer uses them but with a brushed background instead of brayering.

I so love these stamps but am going to have to work on using them in some of my own designs, cant just copy the designs no matter how wonderful they are.

My lovely friend Janet ran the stamping club at the Stampman as well this week, showing us her version of a masterboard which I enjoyed tremendously and had another go when I got home using some stamping up stamps

I thoroughly enjoyed doing my own thing - ish.  Hope you do too!
Hope you have a week of peaceful days
x Michelle

Sending you lots of hugs and some of that fairy magic, Michelle. You know I'm thinking about you all.
You've definitely being having the right therapy by crafting just for yourself and these are stunning. The Lavinia cards are gorgeous and you have made them your own.
The orange and blue flowers have blown me away. What a fantastic colour combo.
Take care of yourselves and hope to see you soon.
Hugs Lisax

Firstly Michelle, all your cards are beautiful. I love the Lavinia stamps and have quite a few but sadly almost unused as yet. Good for you taking some 'me' time.

Now the really important stuff! I am so sorry to hear of all the stress and worry you have been going through. I have been having terrible trouble with Blogger over the past few weeks and it has been taking me so long to perform the simplest function and sometimes not allowing me to comment at all so I've only just managed to get here. I do hope there is some improvement by the time you get to read this and I'm sending a huge cyber hug along with lots of love and positive thoughts.

Take care lovely lady.

Hugs
Lesley Xx
