What was your favorite childhood read?

Try it on Tuesday have another great challenge this week, it's an alter it week with a theme of childhood books. My Dad used to read to us every night even when I reached my teens (I have three younger brothers so had a good excuse) He'd read Wind in the Willows, The Water Babies, Winnie the Pooh, Five go books etc etc and I loved every word of them and the excuse to cuddle up with my dad and my bro's and listen to the magic of the books unfold.

Today of course Kids get as much out of film as we used to from books so thought I'd combine the two in a little pressy for the newest edition to our family Zachary, who's less than a week old

Cant wait to smell him! lol

Here's the little canvas I altered for him

Hope you fancy having a go at the alter it challenge, as always it's sponsored by

Who have offered a fantastic £15 prize so don't be shy, lets see what books set your imagination flying when you were kids

Have Fun

x Michelle
