I CAN do cute!!

Came home from Paparcraft Extravaganza at Harrogate on Saturday and couldn't wait to play! I was looking to buy some Martha Stewart punches but saw these babies instead. They are kreaxion punches and you can use them in straight lines, circles, ovals (both inside and outside shape) , as corner punches and the list goes on!. Anyway decided on these and had to have a go. I had downloaded the bunnies and paper from some lovely blogger who offered them as a freebie. If anyone knows who offered them can you let me know cos they are fab and I'd like to say thanks. (Have found out the brilliant bunnies are from Tinker & Co)

This tag I made along with the flower tags to give as gifts to my family when we all get together at Easter and also to enter for the Tag Your It challenge for this week.

I love doing this challenge as it's a bit different from making cards and since my pal Janet got me into creating my own backgrounds, have found it's a great way to record different techniques. Eventually I intend making a tag book with technique samples as tags with the method written on the back! One day.......

The Egg card is made using my magic punches too. (Couldn't stop playing)

Barbara from Clarity Stamps was demonstrating this technique at the show using Adirondak ink pads with a brayer and torn paper to create a mountain scene so I thought I'd have a go. Really pleased with the result. The stamps are from Lavinia stamps who also use this technique to create wonderful fairy card. Was hooked on these at last years show and bought the stamps then.

Anyway best get on and make the card for DU2 Digi Stamp, they need to be in before the launch of the new challenge on Friday. Don't forget to go take a peek and even have a go at the challenge. A great opportunity to use the promarkers and prismacolors we all love!!

See Ya x Michelle

oh yes, you more than definitely can Michelle! I'm wowed by all your fabulous creations and all the different techniques you've used, I love using that brayer/paper one and haven't for ages, thank you for the inspiration. You have to tell me where to get those punches LOL, I bought some woodware circle ones recently and they didn't work out too well, I really love what you can do with kreactions. I hope your tag wins because it's stunning and I love the cute download too. Chris x

Michelle

These sure are pretty and cute! I do like them and I am sure there is something cute about the Easter message of new life.

Any chance I can put a little challenge in here regarding the (not so cute - though most passionate!) message of Easter and any chance of making a few Easter cards that reflects this?

Scrub this comment if you don't want it here!

Much love

Hi Michelle, I saw your cards featured on Tinker and Co blog, and hopped on over.

I love these bunnies too and they would work for birthday cards or any occasion and I wish I could draw things like this.
