Tag along with Tuesday Taggers

Yep we've turned back the clocks for the week and our Lovely friend Georgina has set us the challenge of making a tag. If you remember (nearly 12 months ago) we started Tuesday Taggers cos we just loved making tags. Somewhere along the lne we discovered that we just love making loads of other stuff too so TT evolved to what it is today - the challenge where anything goes!

For this week though Georgina has sponsored a prize for us and as she loves tags, wants us to make tags the challenge for the week. Tags at Tuesday Taggers - who'd have thought it!

So here's my tag

I've been playing around with PVA crackled paint - a layer of paint dried then a layer of PVA almost dry then another layer of paint on top. As the paint and PVA dry the top coat of paint cracks and gives an aged effect.

When that was dry I just stamped the images in Stazon and added the bits and bobs - hey presto - a vintage tag!

I enjoyed playing around with this one and the DT have had just as fabulous a time tagging so hop over and have a go. You never know you might win Georgina's candy!

Hi Michelle.
Who'd have believed it's a year ago that TT started, where does the time go. It's a great challenge and I for one love playing along and still have a soft spot for tags!!
I love how you've created a really vintage effect with the paint and PVA. It's really effective. That image and the beautiful lace work perfectly with it.
Here's to another great challenge year.

Gorgeous tag! I've not had a play with PVA in ages - tend to use it mainly at school!
