I can't believe it's a week since I posted but it most definitely is! Had a bad week feeling sorry for myself and didn't even get round to doing any crafting until I had to, on Saturday for The Stamp Man demonstration day!
Spending time with the lovely ladies who joined us for our make and take cheered me up and seeing the wonderful work of Jill Bolton, Vix, Jill (Mrs Stampman) and my crafty Pal Janet inspired me to get moving again.
So! Tuesday means it's Tuesday Taggers day and my lovely friend Emma has been buttering up the Christmas Mad Janet by making todays theme Christmas In July!
Now I struggle to enjoy Christmas in December so to have it in July as well just takes the biscuit (or should that be mince pie!) But I rose manfully to the occasion and produced a Christmas card.
The card was inked with lettuce and stamped with Aspects of Design Winter Wonderland Christmas tree frame then that was stamped again and coloured with a little white flowersoft attached for the snow. The Frame is a beautiful Melissa Frances Stamp and the Noel an alpha set.
After bemoaning the fact that I had to do a Christmas card, I'm pleased with this one and enjoyed making it.
Well if you fancy Christmas in July pop over to Tuesday Taggers to be inspired and have a go at the challenge. We have been having the most wonderful entries lately, an absolute pleasure to see.
x Michelle

Oooh Michelle I'm sorry your down at the mo- hopefully the crafting and being with likeminded friends is hopefully lifting your mood. Your card is beautiful as always!
So sorry to hear you have been feeling down Michelle. I had missed you but hoped it was just because you were busy.
This card is worth waiting for though. It's lovely and I have that tree frame stamp (one of the first I ever bought). You sound like my OH about Christmas whereas I'm like your pal Janet, Lol!
Take care

I can't get my head around doing Christmas cards yet either Michelle, but you've done a beautiful job. What a classy card. I love trees for Christmas and think they will end up on my cards this year, only in Decemeber not July!!!
