This week the lovely Donna has created a sketch for us to follow and I think I need brownie points for this one! Not because of the card but because I managed to produce it in the caravan with very limited supplies.
Janet and I had started our summer journaling group for mums and daughters which is based on an Alice theme so I just happened to have some digi downloads which I'd printed out for that along with the text download from the book. The background paper is the back of some Kanban paper which I keep in the caravan along with some whispa inks as my caravan stash (yes I even have a craft cupboard in there! ) Mostly it's the stuff I bought when I first started crafting, before I knew any better, which I just cant bear to throw away!
The skill though is not in the picture or the paper, but in making the image I had fit Donnas sketch without the ability to resize it! now that took a while! That is the first torn scrunchy flower I have made too and I love it! Will be using them again - Thanks Debbie!!!!!
So cummon folks lets see your take on the sketch and give us the joy of visiting your blogs and perusing your artistry!
x Michelle

Hi Michelle. Great card. you could never tell it was made with limited supplies. I'm going to be in the same boat, we'll caravan so to speak, as I have some projects that need completing while we are at the caravan too.
Love the way you have highlighted the 'painting the rose red' scenario with the red ribbon and flower... perfect!

Great card Michelle and amazing that you got it done at the caravan with very little in the way of supples, now that's a real crafter :D! I absolutely love the digi and how you tied it all together with the touches of red. Chris x
