The Fairy is ready to fly at The Craft Barn

I wish the DT could show me how to use up all the scraps of paper and ribbon I always end up with at the end of a project. I have so many now, and it seems a waste not to use them for something!

That was the wish left at the wishing well by Trish a few weeks ago and here we are, the Craft Barn fairies, ready to wave our crafty wands with a few ideas on how to use up your scraps.

I kick off this week with a tutorial about how I used my scraps to make these cards

There are a few other tips on the blog too along with samples from Ria and more ideas for using up scraps later in the week

Hope you enjoy the samples and don't get the wrong impression of me - I'm not really obsessed with ordering my workroom................much!

Wow, these are fab Michelle. I've only ever tried paper weaving once and it looked a bit of a mess to say the least but these are wonderful. I particularly like the masking on the second one but for the life of me can't work out how you've done it. Clever girl you!

Two great cards using up scraps, Michelle. This is always so hard. My scrap box just gets fuller and fuller despite my good intentions to use some of it up!

Fab idea Michelle. Both cards are stunning and a great use of scraps.
I've just been having a good old catch up with your creations. If there was a competition for the most diverse blog crammed with the most fab techniques, you would win hands down. It's a joy to visit you as ever,
