Try it on Tuesday - Winging it!!!!

I certainly am wingin' it today, started this little baby at 9pm and just finished but I've SOOOoooo enjoyed myself tonight.  A few weeks Try it on Tuesday gave out the theme for the alter it challenge week and typical of me, I only started thinking about it whilst I was eating my Yorkshire pud and sausage casserole tonight.

No matter! I dashed upstairs to my craft room as soon as I felt able to desert my OH and started playing around with a drawer perfume thingy which has long since lost it's smell, a mini cotton reel and a lump of wood salvaged from the packing of furniture from the world of wonder store - Ikea!

With a lick of paint, pages out of a music book, some tissue, fantasy film and a couple of stamps and lots of smiles, joyful exclmations and much gleeful clapping of hands this lovely lady came into being

I don't usually like this sort of thing as it makes me feel slighly uneasy, but I'll definately be trying more.

Do come and join us at Try it on Tuesday, we'd love you to have a go at altering something and giving it wings and this week we have a fabulous sponsor in The Craft Barn. Check out their alterables here, there's some great stuff to lick the paintbrush round!

See you soon
x Michelle

Totally amazing work Michelle! How wonderfully creative too. Know what you mean about these sort of things, some of them look a bit menacing but yours doesn't, she has a lovely face.

Only you could look at these three things and create such a work of art, Michelle. This is amazing. I love her rose hat sitting at it's jaunty angle, gives her a very haughty air!!
Brilliant.
Hugs Lisax
