Finished!

I've been having a pyjama day today. Full of cold and sore throat and all that thing so decided to have a shower this morning, smothered myself in my favorite rose body lotion and sat in my craft room with lots of tissues and tea.  Have really enjoyed finishing off the page I started for The Stampman Challenge the other day, The first scrapbook layout I've done in months.  I seemed to stop scrapbooking when I became addicted to stamping but now want to use my stamps as much as poss so thought I'd have a go with this

The photo isn't very good, LO's are so difficult to keep straight enough to take a good photo!  The map bits are of course the Map book that Janet made me fish out of the box for the charity shop with the car and map stamps being from the Aspect of design Mens set.  The highland cow is from the Stampman too but not sure if they still have them in stock.  The beetle is from my very first, limited edition stamp set Compo's matchbox, and the mushrooms are an elusive images set, you may even spot one or two 7gypsy stamps in there too.

I had a great time finishing this off it's not very often I do something just for me - must do more of it!

Hope you're all having a great weekend despite the weather

See you soon
x Michelle

Sorry to hear you've got the dreaded lurgy Michelle and hope it goes away really soon.
Fabulous layout you've done too and very brave as my mojo tends to go walk about when I'm ill. Glad yours is still with you!

Great LO Michelle. Hope you feel better soon. There are a lot of germs about at the moment. If there was an Olympic event for coughing I could probably win at the moment!!!

This is great Michelle. I don't scrap myself (never seem to have time to get into it) but I do like to see other people's. I can't get over how real you make those beetles look, lol!

I know just how you feel, Michelle, I was the same last week. It sounds like you did just the right thing and your finished LO is brilliant. I love all the stamping and the map works so well with it all. It's so nice to be able to just do something for yourself isn't it, We don't do enough of it do we?
Hope you're feeling better.
