Stampin' Club Makes

Hi you lovely crafters!
First of all let me say hi and a big welcome to my new followers, great to have you pop by and leave such wonderful comments and to old followers, as always, big hugs and many thanks for listening to me rabbit on! Got more rabbiting to do today having been pretty poorly with the fibro which has had me rockin with pain in my face and my teeth.....all together now awwww! lol

I'm feeling tons better now having succumbed to hefty pain killers so am looking forward to Stampin Club tomorrow in Skipton.

We've had some lovely sessions lately but I've forgotten to post pics so thought I'd do that today

These are the result of a brilliant class where Janet and I demonstrated handy tips for stamping on and making cards with acrylic. I just love the feeling of space you can get with the right placement of stamps and sentiments.

These cards were made using one of my all time fave techniques - bleaching! I love the unpredictability of bleaching out coloured card, never knowing what colour will result. I think it works wonderfully with these stamps too. They are just about the oldest stamps I posses but I have used them in so many ways. They always look so classy!

Anyway peeps, thats just a little of what I've been doing with my playtime. Think we nare having a stampin up session at Stampin' Club tomorrow so if you're in Skipton, pop in and say hi! I'm going to order some SU card - it works brilliantly for the bleaching technique!

x Michelle

Beautiful selection of cards. I keep meaning to have a go at an acetate card as I adore the results but time somehow seems to slip by. Loving yours. Hope you continue to feel better and can leave the pain behind you. Annette x

So sorry to hear you've been in pain Michelle but glad your post reads 'smiley' if you know what I mean, lol!

I love all the cards you're posting here but those bleached ones have to be my own favourites. As you rightly say the images are so classy and the Chrysanthemumn is glorious.

I'm sure everyone will have a brilliant time at your class tomorrow.

Hugs
Lesley Xx

I'm sorry to hear you've been suffering, Michelle, although knowing you know one else would know!! You always amaze me.
Love all your cards. I've never tried bleaching, must do it soon. Bet your ladies have a great day stamping.
Thanks so much for your comments. The garden has really suffered from the rain this year. Like you say, lots of green and not many flowers and my new veggies have all been eaten by critters other than us!!! Bet your Jasmine is glorious.
Freya says Hi. She often mentions all the workshops she's done with you and she's still crafting you'll be pleased to know.
Enjoy the sunshine we've got today.
Hugs Lisax
