Our smashin DT member Ildiko has chosen this weeks theme and has asked us to make something using Purple, Gold an stamping, perfect colours for a little eastern promise!
Looks quite eastern doesn't it? Its the Personal Impressions, Abstract Stamp embossed in Gold on purple paper with the Nellies eastern oval die cut frame and a stampin up sentiment. I think I may have bleached out some of the colour inside the stamping too.
I love the richness of these stamp designs - they remind me of the exotic scenes in (now you're expecting me to reel off some high brow arty film are you not?) Indianna Jones!!!! lol
I've watched these films over and over again, not through choice but cos Liam loved them when he was little and just had to see them nearly every day for weeks on end! The things we mothers put up with!
Hope you've time to come and play over at TT, and you're not too bogged down with lifes strife.
x Michelle

mmmm turkish delight to go with that wicked special hot chocolate today :0) fabulous my friend x
It's beautiful, definetly got a touch of Eastern Promise, could be a logo for an exotic perfume!
Yes, Cazro has the perfect suggestion! It's beautiful Michelle and definitely exotic.
I had to laugh at you having to watch Indianna many times over. My son is quite addicted to (and knowledgeable about) film and it all started when he was about 3 and the first Superman film came out starring Christopher Reeve. I'm sure if I saw it now I'd know the dialogue off by heart, Lol!
I am now going through it all again with my little granddaughters who are currently into Finding Nimo and Monsters Inc which I have saved specially for them on the Sky box.
Hugs
